ADVANCED IMAGING & HEALTH SCREENING IN CHINA
Waiting for an MRI or CT? Explore another route.
If advanced imaging or a specialist appointment is difficult to access at home, explore private healthcare options in China. We help coordinate MRI, CT, comprehensive screening and related appointments, then support the details of travel and communication. Each examination must be reviewed and confirmed by the medical institution.
A CLEAR ROUTE TO ADVANCED IMAGING
MRI, CT, specialist imaging and physician visits.
If you are waiting for an MRI, CT or related specialist examination, tell us what you are trying to arrange. We can contact medical institutions about available services, appointment requirements and itemized costs, then coordinate interpretation and accompaniment if needed.
Explore low-dose CT, contrast CT, CTA and other hospital imaging services.
Start with the test or care you are trying to access.
Tell us what appointment or examination you are looking for, such as MRI, CT, a specialist review or a broader health check-up. We can ask hospitals about current options, pricing and booking requirements. The treating institution decides whether and how a test is performed; availability is confirmed case by case.
FROM A SINGLE SCAN TO A FULL CHECK-UP
Explore the services that may fit your visit
Common examples are shown below. A hospital clinician reviews the request and confirms the available service and appointment.

- Internal medicine and surgical examination
- Eye examination: vision, slit lamp, eye pressure, fundus photography
- ENT, oral and dental examination

03Ultrasound & imagingImaging may be bundled differently. Radiation-based tests and advanced scans need individual review.
- Abdominal ultrasound: liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen and kidneys
- Thyroid and neck ultrasound
- Carotid artery ultrasound
- Heart ultrasound (echocardiogram)
- Breast ultrasound; mammography in selected services
- Pelvic or gynecological ultrasound; transvaginal ultrasound where appropriate

- Bone density by ultrasound or X-ray/DEXA
- Head MRI/MRA, CT, coronary CT angiography or other advanced scans: selected only
04Heart & vascular assessmentsSome hospitals publish dedicated cardiovascular packages; the tests are not automatically suitable for everyone.
- Resting 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
- 24-hour Holter ECG
- Exercise stress testing
- Echocardiogram and carotid ultrasound
- Arterial stiffness or vascular function measurements
- Cardiac CT or CT angiography: only if clinically reviewed
05Digestive health & endoscopyPreparation, sedation, pathology and escort requirements can change the schedule and total cost.
- H. pylori urea breath test (C13/C14) or stool antigen, where offered
- Pepsinogen and gastrin tests in selected menus
- Gastroscopy (upper endoscopy)
- Colonoscopy or flexible sigmoidoscopy
- Sedation/anesthesia assessment, biopsy and pathology charges: confirm separately
06Women’s & men’s health optionsThese are examples in some packages, not a checklist. Age, anatomy, history and clinician advice matter.
- Cervical cytology (Pap/TCT) and high-risk HPV testing
- Breast examination, ultrasound or mammography
- Pelvic ultrasound and gynecological examination
- Prostate-specific antigen (PSA/free PSA) and prostate ultrasound
- Preconception or fertility-related tests: a separate, clinician-led service
07Other targeted or optional testsAvailability varies. Ask what question a test is intended to answer and how an unexpected result will be followed up.
- Tumor-marker panels sometimes listed: AFP, CEA, CA19-9, CA125, CA15-3, CYFRA21-1, PSA
- Lung function, allergy testing, hearing tests or dermatology review
- Bone metabolism, selected hormones, iron or vitamin panels

PERSONALIZED VISIT COORDINATION
One coordinated visit, built around your needs.
Tell us what you are trying to arrange
Share a general request—such as a particular MRI, CT, or screening appointment—without sending medical records through the website form.
We ask the hospital about the route
We coordinate with the medical institution about the relevant department, appointment availability, preparation, language support, and an itemized estimate.
The hospital discusses the examination
Hospital clinicians review the request, decide what is appropriate, explain preparation and discuss the report directly with you.
We help plan the visit
We can coordinate interpretation, accompaniment, local transport and accommodation around the confirmed appointment.
MRI and CT are different examinations
MRI does not use ionizing radiation, but strong magnetic fields mean implants and other safety factors must be reviewed. CT uses X-rays; the clinical team weighs its use against the question being assessed. Follow the hospital’s examination instructions.
A check-up can include more than imaging
Depending on the institution and appointment, a visit may combine a physician consultation and physical examination with laboratory tests, ultrasound, endoscopy or other specialist investigations. A physician helps determine which items make sense for the individual request.
